Nacionalízase el Colegio Municipal de Bachillerato de Cúcuta, previo convenio entre la Nación y el Municipio de Cúcuta.

Para tales efectos se incluirá en los Presupuestos Nacionales, a partir de 1974, las partidas necesarias para el sostenimiento de dicho plantel.
