Artículo segundo. Los Pagarés de la nueva emisión autorizada, devengarán los mismos intereses serán amortizados dentro del plazo señalado para los anteriores, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno pueda recogerlos total o parcialmente, en cualquier tiempo antes de la fecha señalada para su amortización.
