Ley 33 de 1990 · por medio de la cual se modifica la estructura del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Son funciones de la Sección de Archivo y Sistematización:

a)

Mantener el archivo de la División de Pasaportes de acuerdo con las instrucciones y disposiciones sobre el particular;

b)

Facilitar la información requerida por las autoridades judiciales, policivas y de migración;

c)

Facilitar la información requerida por los particulares de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes;

d)

Sistematizar la información y documentos correspondientes a la División de Pasaportes;

e)

Remitir periódicamente la documentación a la Sección de Archivo General del Ministerio.
