El presente Convenio entrará en vigor en la fecha en que ambas Partes se comuniquen, mediante canjes de notas, haber cumplido con los requisitos legales necesarios. Tendrá vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1970, fecha en la cual será renovado automáticamente por períodos sucesivos de un año, si ninguna de las Partes Contratantes lo denuncia tres (3) meses antes de su término.
