Además de las atribuciones que el artículo 6º de la Ley 73 de 1958 confiere al Consejo Superior Universitario, este organismo tendrá la de determinar estatutariamente el número y naturaleza de las organizaciones estudiantiles que con fines esencialmente educativos y de bienestar estudiantil puedan ser reconocidas dentro del régimen interno de la Universidad. En estos términos se adiciona el artículo 6º de la precitada Ley 73 de 1958 .
