El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE), podrá insistir a las fuentes de información en los términos del artículo 27 del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo y demás normas concordantes y la reserva estadística definida- en el Capítulo V de la presente ley, si no recibe respuesta en el plazo establecido o si se detectan incoherencias, inexactitudes o vacíos en la entrega de los datos o de los registros administrativos, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a las que haya lugar.
