La Junta General de Aduanas, de acuerdo con el Director General y con aprobación del Gobierno, podrá establecer aduanas dondequiera que sea necesario para la tasación y recaudación de esta renta. Las aduanas se dividirán en las clases y tendrán las funciones que se establezcan en reglamento aprobado por la Junta General de Aduanas.
