Acciones Correctivas Tempranas . Para cada una de las categorías definidas de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo anterior, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud definirá las acciones y medidas de carácter legal que deberán desarrollarse frente a los riesgos y debilidades detectados en cada entidad, de acuerdo con las atribuciones y funciones que la ley le ha asignado.
