Articulo 3° Cuando el número de Juzgados de Circuito de la respectiva capital fuere par y hubiere dos Fiscales de Juzgado Superior, se repartirán por mitad las respectivas oficinas; si el número de aquéllos fuere impar, los dos Fiscales distribuirán entre sí los Juzgados que deben visitar en la forma que juzguen más equitativa.
