Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que en cumplimiento y de conformidad con la Constitución Política y de la legislación vigente, incorpore dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación las apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias para ejecutar las disposiciones contenidas en la presente ley.
