Art. 2.° En lo sucesivo, cuando los inmigrantes se traigan al país por cuenta de algun empresario o compañía, la concesion de las tierras baldías se hará al dicho empresario o compañía, siempre a razón de 25 hectaras por cada inmigrante que traiga.
