Art. 2. ° El Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, a cuyo despacho está adscrito el Departamento de la Agricultura nacional, dictará las medidas convenientes para la adquisicion de un local, por compra o arrendamiento, que reuna las condiciones necesarias para la fundacion de dicha Quinta. El contrato que celebre, para adquirirlo, será sometido a al aprobacion del Poder Ejecutivo.
