SUPRESIÓN DE EMPLEOS. - Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración de la Superintendencia a que se refiere este Decreto, la autoridad competente suprimirá los empleos o cargo vacante y los desempeñados por empleados públicos cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
