° Expedida la resolución ejecutiva que asigna a determinada entidad elementos, objetos o medios de transporte para uso oficial, será comunicada, por la Oficina de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Justicia, al Juez que estuviere conociendo del proceso al cual estén vinculados dichos elementos. Dentro de los 10 días siguientes al aviso, el Juez dispondrá su entrega, para lo cual constituirá en depositaria a la entidad indicada en la resolución ejecutiva.
