Artículo primero. Las corporaciones financieras serán sociedades comerciales anónimas, pero se formarán de acuerdo con el artículo 77 de la Ley 45 de 1923 y demás disposiciones concordantes. El superintendente Bancario tendrá en la formación de las corporaciones financieras las facultades y poderes que los artículos 25 y siguientes de la Ley 45 de 1923 le confieren respecto a bancos. La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá la vigilancia que le atribuye el artículo primero del Decreto 0336 de 1957, en la forma y términos señalados en la Ley 45 de 1923 y sus disposiciones complementarias.
