La Instancia de Decisión de los Pueblos y Comunidades Indígenas, designará la entidad ejecutora que se encargará de contratar la ejecución del proyecto de inversión y la interventoría de este cuando aplique, con cargo al porcentaje de la Asignación para la Inversión Local correspondiente a los pueblos y comunidades indígenas, teniendo en cuenta la propuesta de ejecutor que se presente en la iniciativa o proyecto de inversión.
