Crédito Especial de Tierras. Los beneficiarios definidos en el artículo 2.14.6.10.3 del presente decreto que no tengan tierra o esta sea insuficiente podrán acceder a una línea de crédito especial de tierras con tasa subsidiada y con mecanismos de aseguramiento de los créditos definidos por la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario; en los términos de Capítulo V, del Título 22, de la Parte 14, del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1071 de 2015, y bajo el cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 35 del Decreto Ley 902 de 2017, o la norma que le modifique, sustituya o adicione.
