La evaluación no es medio disciplinario . En ningún caso la evaluación se tomará como un medio para corregir faltas disciplinarias, sin embargo, se tendrán en cuenta los estímulos otorgados, los correctivos impuestos y los resultados obtenidos en el desempeño del cargo.
