Tan pronto como se haya dado cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno procederá a dar a la venta tanto la sal gema como el agua salada que se halla inmediata a la mina de sal, a los precios señalados por la Ley 44 de 1910 .
