Actividades docentes en el extranjero. Los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que desempeñen funciones docentes como profesores o instructores invitados en escuelas o institutos de Fuerzas Militares extranjeras, tendrán derecho a que se les abone las horas que en ellas dicten para efectos de promoción dentro de las diferentes categorías, previa certificación de los respectivos Comandos.
