Las balanzas para pesar ganado en pie, son aquellas que por su construcción se adaptan para comprobar el peso vivo de los animales. Las balanzas para pesar el ganado deberán tener las especificaciones que les fueren aplicables de las contenidas en el artículo 18, especificaciones generales de este Derecho, y además les serán aplicables las que les correspondan con arreglo a su tipo y capacidad.
