Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 3272 del 2 de septiembre de 2008, el cual quedará así: "Establecer un gravamen arancelario del 35% para las importaciones de calzado de las partidas 64.01 a 64.05 del Arancel de Aduanas, excepto la subpartida 6405.20.00.00 para la que se establece un gravamen arancelario de 40%, siempre que los precios FOB declarados sean inferiores a los precios indicativos determinados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales".
