Cuando el Tribunal de Etica Médica o cualquier otra autoridad competente ordene suspender en el ejercicio de la profesión a un profesional de la Medicina, el Ministerio de Salud procederá a ello mediante resolución motivada, de lo cual llevará un registro especial. Esta medida se publicará por el Ministerio de Salud en un periódico de amplia circulación nacional.
