Desde la vigencia de esta ley, los sueldos del personal de las Secretarias del Senado y de la Cámara de Representantes, determinados por el articulo1° de la Ley 19 de 1946 , quedarán aumentados en la siguiente proporción:
De $ 100 a $ 200, cuarenta por ciento (40 % ).
De $ 201 a $ 400, treinta por ciento (30 % ).
De $ 401 en adelante, veinticinco por ciento (25 % ).
