Fusiónase la División de Comunicaciones y la División de Obras Públicas y créase la División de Comunicaciones y Transporte en la Subdirección de Infraestructura y Desarrollo Económico de la Dirección General del Presupuesto Nacional. La División de Comunicaciones y Transporte asumirá las funciones de la División de Comunicaciones y de la División de Obras Públicas.
