Artículo Único Transitorio . Los 33 cargos de Profesional Especializado Código 3010 Grado 10, serán suprimidos de la Planta Central de Personal que se establece en este Decreto a partir del momento en que la respectiva entidad territorial, obtenga la certificación para el manejo del situado fiscal y la prestación del servicio público educativo en su jurisdicción, y proceda a crear el cargo de Coordinador Regional de Prestaciones Sociales en su respectiva Planta de Personal para el sector educativo.
