º . Programa de Salud Ocupacional. A más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1998, la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, o la entidad que haga sus veces, debe haber desarrollado un programa de salud ocupacional que minimice o elimine los riesgos para la salud de los trabajadores de que trata este Decreto, y en consecuencia no sea necesario el régimen especial de pensiones aquí establecido.
