°. Modifícase el literal a), del artículo 44 del Decreto 2048 de 1993, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 44°. Todo colombiano que se encuentre prestando el servicio militar obligatorio en los términos que establece la ley, tiene derecho: a) A que en el momento del licenciamiento, se le entregue una dotación de vestido civil, cuyo valor no sea superior a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del soldado y el lugar de residencia”.
