Valores de referencia. Los avalúos se adelantarán conforme las disposiciones de las Leyes 160 de 1994 y 2294 de 2023, Ley del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2023-2026 “Colombia Potencia Mundial de la Vida”. Definidos los núcleos territoriales, conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.14.6.9.2 del presente Decreto, el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAG), aplicará mecanismos que generen valores de referencia de predios rurales agropecuarios para toda el área de intervención, en atención a lo establecido en el

del artículo 62 de la Ley 2294 de 2023.

La inexistencia de los valores de referencia no es causal de suspensión o requisito previo del proceso de adquisición.
