RETIRO DEL SERVICIO. El retiro del servicio se produce cuando el empleado cesa en el ejercicio de sus funciones por una de las siguientes causas

a)

Revocatoria del nombramiento;

b)

Renuncia aceptada por funcionario competente;

c)

Declaración de insubsistencia del nombramiento;

d)

Supresión del empleo;

e)

Invalidez absoluta;

f)

Edad;

g)

Derecho a pensión de jubilación;

h)

Declaración de vacancia del empleo por abandono del cargo;

i)

Destitución;

j)

Separación del cargo durante el término de provisionalidad o a su vencimiento;

k)

Muerte o declaración definitiva de decrecimiento;

l)

Mandato legal.
