El servicio de divulgación agrícola será directamente dependiente del Gobierno Nacional. En las zonas donde haya institutos, estaciones o granjas agrícolas que funcionen de acuerdo con la presente Ley, el servicio de divulgación trabajara en armonía y bajo la dirección inmediata del Director de la Estación o Granja respectiva, de acuerdo con la Junta Directiva de la misma.
