Auxíliase con la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000-00) la reunión del IV Congreso Nacional de Empleados que se celebrará en Medellín en el presente año.

Parágrafo

Este auxilio será entregado al Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, el cual queda facultado ampliamente para reglamentar la reunión del Congreso y para hacer la inversión de los fondos, sometiendo la tramitación de las cuentas a las normas generales de la Contraloría Nacional.
