º. Inversión extranjera . La inversión extranjera en la prestación de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado regulados por el presente decreto, se rige por la Ley 9º de 1991 y las normas que la modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan, y sus decretos reglamentarios.
