Artículo undécimo. Con excepción de las sanciones previstas en el artículo 7º , las demás contravenciones al artículo 4º del Decreto 3048 de 1955, serán sancionadas con multas de cinco ($ 5.00) a quinientos pesos ($ 500.00) moneda legal, por cada vez, que serán impuestas por los Agrónomos del Instituto Nacional de Fomento Tabacalero, y consignadas a favor del Tesoro del respectivo Municipio.
