- CAUSALES DE ANULACION DE LOS ACUERDOS. Son nulos los acuerdos expedidos en contravención a las disposiciones de la Constitución, de las leyes o de las ordenanzas (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 123., inc. 1o). Para todo lo relativo a la nulidad de los acuerdos se estará a lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo (Decreto-Ley 01 de 1984) (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 126).
