ARTICULO 117 . TRASLADO O COMISIÓN DEL INVESTIGADO O DISCIPLINADO. Si el investigado o disciplinado cambia de unidad por traslado o comisión del servicio, la atribución disciplinaria para investigar y sancionar la falta continuará siendo del superior que fuere competente en el momento en que ocurrieron los hechos.
