Obligaciones contingentes no sujetas al régimen de contingencias estatales. Las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 2.4.1.8, que hubieren asumido obligaciones contingentes con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley 448 de 1998, continuarán ejecutando los respectivos contratos, en los términos pactados conforme a la legislación vigente al momento de su celebración.
