Las referencias normativas que en materia de Registros Sanitarios que se hagan a la Subdirección de Registros Sanitarios, se entenderán referidas a cada una de las Direcciones de que trata el presente decreto de acuerdo con su competencia. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones sobre la presencia del Subdirector de Registros Sanitarios en diferentes instancias, deben entenderse referidas a cada una de las Direcciones de que trata el presente decreto en el marco de sus competencias
