Estarán exentas del impuesto sobre las ventas, las importaciones de bienes y equipos destinados a la salud, investigación científica y tecnológica, y a la educación, donados por personas, entidades y gobiernos extranjeros, a favor de entidades oficiales o sin ánimo de lucro, siempre y cuando la importación de dichos bienes sea calificada favorablemente por el comité previsto en el parágrafo 3 del artículo 32 de la presente Ley.
