Artículo primero. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas asumirá la administración de las obras de construcción del Cuartel de Tumaco, la cual quedará adscrita al Ingeniero Administrador de las obras de Edificios Nacionales del Departamento de Nariño.
