Modifíquese el artículo 7º del Decreto 768 de 2008, el cual quedará así: "Para el trámite y expedición de los Actos Administrativos que decidan las solicitudes que se encuentran pendientes al momento de asumir la competencia la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, el Incoder y la mencionada Superintendencia suscribirán un convenio interadministrativo en el que pacten los términos de colaboración que se prestarán entre las dos entidades".
