Art. 114. Vencidos los cuarenta días sin que el Tribunal haya dictado sentencia, incurirá cada uno de los Magistrados en una multa igual á la quinta parte de su sueldo mensual.

Los Magistrados de la Sala distintos del sustanciador no incurrirán en mora sino pasados veinte días, contados desde la fecha de la presentación del proyecto por el sustanciador.

En caso de que haya de intervenir Conjuez, comienzan nuevamente los veinte días á partir de la fecha de la posesión de aquél.
