Son funciones del Canciller, la elaboración del acta respectiva, suministrar las informaciones que los miembros del Consejo soliciten en relación con asuntos de la Orden, cumplir las comisiones que le sean confiadas por el Gran Maestre o por el Consejo en Pleno, avisar a los Miembros del Consejo la fecha en que se efectúen las sesiones.
