Los fondos de garantías que se constituyan en las bolsas de valores, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte la Comisión Nacional de Valores, y que adopten la forma de un contrato de fiducia mercantil no estarán sujetos al límite de veinte años de duración previsto en el artículo 1230, numeral 3°, del Código de Comercio.
