Queda prohibida la producción, anuncio y venta de específicos para combatir las enfermedades venéreas sin la correspondiente autorización de la Comisión de especialidades farmacéuticas creada por la Ley 11 de 1920 , y la cual no dará dicha autorización sin que previamente haya oído el concepto de la Academia Nacional de Medicina.
