En el título deberán constar, con toda claridad y precisión, los derechos y las obligaciones del suscriptor y de la empresa; la forma, época y cuantía de los sorteos; las causas y términos de caducidad del título y la forma como puede rehabilitarse; la fecha desde la cual se reconocen los valores de rescate, de préstamos u otros, y el monto neto de los mismos; la constancia de aprobación del título hecha por la Superintendencia Bancaria; el término de prescripción y las demás condiciones que determinen la empresa y la Superintendencia.
