Al extranjero que desee ingresar al territorio nacional en desarrollo de alguna de las siguientes actividades: Para realizar trámites de adopción de menores y para intervenir en procesos judiciales o administrativos. En el presente caso la vigencia de la visa será de hasta un (1) año con múltiples entradas.
