Art. 4.° Toda emisión de documentos deberá asentarse en el respectivo libro ausiliar cayas partidas, numeradas en órden cardinal, serán firmadas por el secretario del tesoro, por el director del crédito nacional i por el individuo que percibe los documentos emitidos.
