Art. 67. Los apelantes podrán defenderse por sí o por apoderado: éste se constituirá por medio de memorial debidamente autenticado por Juez nacional, el que se dirigirá á la Corte Suprema ó á la Oficina de Cuentas en su caso.

Parágrafo

No se admitirá apoderado en quien no concurran las condiciones exigidas en este artículo.
