Artículo único. Autorízase á la Municipalidad de Cartagena para que demuela las ruinas del "Rebellín" que, de propiedad de la Nación, existen en dicha ciudad, fuera de la puerta de la "Media-luna" y al lado del antiguo puente levadizo, así como también para que aproveche los materiales que de la expresada fortaleza se extraigan, con el objeto de que pueda llevar á cabo la construcción de un nuevo puente, ó el ensanchamiento de la via pública que allí existe.
